Great location in front of the plaza and near the old town. Excellent breakfast with well-organized service. Reasonably priced parking with assigned spots. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Patricia on reception. Spacious room with a touch of old-fashioned grandeur.

stayed here before and would stay here again and again. the hotel was newly renovated and immaculately clean with skilful staff at the reception desk. good location, the room was luxurious and beds were large. had a reasonable and adequate breakfast with juices, pastries, prosecco.

I had a really nice three-night stay at the Mercure hotel. The room was spacious and the breakfast buffet had a good selection. I especially enjoyed the option to order a cappuccino. The location was convenient, with a bus stop right outside. I would recommend this hotel.

We liked size of the room and the fact that the bed for our 4 Y.O. daughter was given for free. Breakfast was quite good.

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were friendly, accommodating, and always willing to help. The service in the bar and at breakfast was excellent, and we loved being able to have breakfast outside in the lovely breakfast area. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed, from a mini-bar to a balcony. The location of the hotel was also perfect, right in front of the Alibus station and in a good area overlooking a large, quiet square. We also appreciated the convenient car parking and guest pick-up access.

Beautiful hotel. Breakfast had a good variety of choices. Staff helpful whenever we asked questions.

Quiet rooms with fabulous views, equipped with an electric kettle, mini-fridge-bar, and air conditioning, are impressive here.

We liked the breakfast - great selection. Also outdoor area was preasant. Cleaning staff looked after our room very well. All staff were very courteous and helpful.

Coaches were blocked when trying to approach the entance to the hotel causing excessive horn blowing by the drivers waking us from time to time.

At the arrival the purser parked the car in the hotel-garage and delivered our luggage to our room. At the departure, the car was ready at the door, with the luggage in it. That was just great.
